Internet access is available by arrangement The spacious dining kitchen has a LP gas Stanley (Aga type) stove. On the ground floor, adjacent to the sitting room, there is a single bedroom with an en-suite WC and shower room. Facilities: the LP-gas stove provides hot water and full central heating to radiators throughout the house. It has two ovens and two hot plates. There is also a washing machine, dishwasher, Belling electric oven with grill and hot plates, fridge freezer, electric kettle, toaster, sandwich toaster, microwave and other amenties. |

On the first floor there is one double bedroom and one large twin single bedded room with a cot.
There is also three piece bathroom, and window overlooking the fell to the rear.
Dry stoned walls enclose a grassy area at the rear of the property with access from the backdoor. There are garden chairs and a table and a simple barbeque. |
